Physician Assisted Sucide (Righ to die)

How    a   physician    is   assisted   to   suicide???   I t   is     against   the   Medical   Ethics.   

No mercy killing is not legal in India .. though recently one case was allowed

@ Dr Sanat Mercy killing is allowed in certain countries where doctors put the patient to sleep when they are suffering a lot or in vegetable stage  

what  is the process where such  persons can opt for assisted sucide.

My uncle who is 63 suffering with paralysis and been assisted by two persons for  this natural works. He want's dignity for life and hence he want to have an assisted sucide

He want's  to go to the countries like holland and switzerland for this reason's where there are organizations which guide for assisted sucides.

See there was this case in India which had similar isssues , the petition of mercy killing was allowed as all the individuals have the right to live with dignity .. dont rem the case but am sure it was
