Please help

M i eligible for government service ??

a case was registered againest me before 2years under ipc section 352,354,151 and two more of assaulting ... i had to go jail for 3days and then bail out .. now my trials are going on .. i am not proved guilt yet and compromise with second party happend ,only court formality are remaining.... sir please tell me can i prepare for government jobs .. am i eligable right now for upsc ssc and ibps exams even my case is running  ?? or can i eligible when the case finished ??

my life is at stake and career is in big trouble  ... please help sir .. !!
