I own a number of plots in Konkan region - Rajapur (Kumbhavade). These are ancestral farm lands. Out of 10 survey numbers, 6 are in our names, however, other 4 survey numbers have some other names in the 7/12 utara and my name is under the KUL category for those 4 survey numbers! I am informed that by KUL KAYDA, I shall be the real owner of those 4 survey numbers. I wanted to know what is the exact procedure for removing other party names and getting my name in the 7/12 main form as the OCCUPANT!?
