This is query for my uncle who's advocate didn't took on record all important documents for the purpose of evidence.
Is it possible to file an affidavit in the court for taking them on record now ?
Can uncle self certify the letters sent and received by him from opponent party ?

Yes , If the documents are relevent and important for just decision of case then documents can be submitted during trial with leave of court.
