Property - gift indeed

Dear experts,

My divorce case first hearing was adjourned again to April 2013. No compensation or alimony or 498a or DV case filed by my wife. I have some properties in my name. Shall I gift it to my mother or brother? Do this move have any drawbacks because i am gifting my property to my ralative after i filed divorce case. Is it legal at this moment? Can my wife claim any share on these properties later?
