Hi All,
I have registrared a land before two years now i noticed a Measurement in document, Now the concern when i buy the land brokers involved and i am not having the seller conduct to get help to put rectification deed is it possible to apply a self rectification in TamilNadu.

Apply for such survey certificate and keep it as a record. If you are in occupation and enjoyment, forget about the same for the present. Meet the registrar and discuss with him. When you are in possession and enjoyment, do not assume things and fear without any base.

Admittedly, you not sure of the measurements. As such where is the question of correction or rectification?

Get the land measured with the seller.
However, no rectification can be registered.
