respected sir,
when i was 17 years old, one person filed FIR against me and my family members on section 307 but later we compromised through court. now my question is am i eligible for civil service examination? will upsc debar me because of this FIR registration?? please clarify my doubt sir.
If FIR was quashed by the court due to compromise/settlement or there are any other order,u are eligible for civil Services if FIR got quashed or u ate acquitted in the matter. Therefore court order is important.
