Wife filed OP in Family Court for Judicial separation, and by I.A. sought interim maintenance. Husband filed counter affidavit reply to I.A. Now, wife's side lawyer asked time for filing rejoinder - judge permitted. What could be the further proceedings. Kindly guide me.
