Remove husband's name from son's education certificates

Good Day everyone,
My friend is a Muslim her son is 18 years old giving +2 exams this year, Husband left , She want to remove husband name from her  son's  education certificats ( 10th ,12th ). Need your valuble saggetion ?

In this lifetime it is not possible to  remove fathers name or change fathers name of the kid in any of the legal documents like markscard, passport etc.
