The Divorce case, which was filed by the husband in 2010 , was dismissed in 2017 and the subsequent maintaince petition was set expartie .
Right now, NBA has been issued on 125 CrCpC and is being proceeding in the Chennai Family court. Executing the NBA os very difficult as the husband is a USA citizen.
As the procedure is difficult, I am planning to retrieve my jewels and other luxury article which was taken by the husband's mother from me when I left their home in 2009.
Kindly suggest me to get my jewels back as early as possible.
Is it easy to approach social welfare department for early retrieval...
