If there are any irregularities/Frauds /illegality in the earliern Mutation proceedigns , the Mpl Commissioner can cancell the Mutation proceedings - otherwise if a party is disputing the title on the proerty or claiming a share in the proerty by succession or otherwise or insistign to include his /her name , it becomes titel Dispute and parties are required to appraoch the Civil Court for their title declaration and to corrrect the Tax Records as per the Civil Court Decree !

Than k you for your suggestion, But I have the Title rights as per the revenue recrods earlier, when the RDO has directed us for the civil court , the way she approached for Munthakil in Muncipalaites is Justifiable/ aeeptable as per the law.
If not is the commissioner has the right to cancell the Munthakil.
