Role of human rights commission - false dowry harassment

I was harrassed by my wife by false dowry harassment and humiliation in the police station.

later it was proved false.

My name has been damaged with friends,relatives.

I am mentally upset.

can i take any actions against my wife thru human rights commission.

i have all the email conversations,legal notices in favour of me.

Senthil,

Fist apply for divorce under mental cruelty if you don't want your wife back. Then you can pursue other steps like perjury and other stuffs.

Ok,thanks,divorce petition has been filed.

Intimation will be sent to them in a week time.

shall i also send a legal notice on perjury?
