Sanad enrollment and surrender

Can a person working with a firm enroll as an advocate if he subsequently desires to surrender the same and want to use that sanad after he resign from the job.

Obtain such information under RTI Act from Bar Council of India, which gives authenticity.

A person who is employed cannot enroll.
