Section - 200 procedure

Dear Experts,

Would a great help if anyone let me know the procedure of a complaint moved in court U/s section 200. My few questions are.

If an application moved in court U/s 200 and court accept it and charged criminal sections on the person who tresspassed someone house and physicall assault a person then will the FIR will be get register by the order given by court a case will be run as like a civil proceeding?

It is a complaint case Court has two options after the statement of complainant under 200-

1. court can order to police to inquire the matter under Sec  200(2)

2. Or may direct to complainant to produce witness under sec 202 Cr.P.C

Then court will proceed ahead.

Thanks for the valuable reply..just to add in the query i have asked...that Petitioner's and his wife statement is arleday recorded in front of the court. Moreover court had given a date to announce order. Now what is the next step..we have requested court to register case u/s 452 etc....

Court may take cognizance of the offence and may summon to accused in court. Or may dismiss the complaint if finds that there is no offence made out.

Thx. If court give order u/s 452 ipc in favr of petitioner then will the FIR will get register or wat is the procedure.
