Shares transfer

My age is 83 years. My daughter in law is doing trading on my behalf. I have nominated my grand son in the trading company. My question is will he get the benefits of my shares in my absence. He is now minor and will become major in May 2016. Plz.clarify. Regards to all experts.

Hi,

As you have already nominated him.. he will certinly get the benefit in your absence... to confirm the same you can execute a will.. or you can transfer your shares in his name anytime during your lifetime.
