Dear Sir / Madam,
In our society in Mumbai, 10 years ago there were some complaints raised by members about wrong doings of then society secretary / chairman. No legal action was intiated at that time. Is it possible to intiate any action againt then secretary / chairman now ? Is it going to be valid in court after such along period ?
