Un wanted warning by leagal department of kbg infra f

I have booke d a flat in KAROLBAG indore under KBG INFRA LIFE. I borrow a loan for that from SBI.

Now I want advice at following points.

1.The KBG gets disbursement of money from bank without any information to me.

2.The flat book value is 6.91 lacs and Ihave already paid 6.62 lacs but flat is not completed till now.

3.Now KBG wanted to charge me additional 25 square feet at old price. But I dont want this additional floor area increased.

4.When I wrote to KBG they warned me if you not pay we will cancelled your flat.But I want flat.

Please guide me all the possible way to come forward and to get the flat at booking price.

If I go for legally what are the complecations for the same. and how long this matter take time to shortout the problem legaly.As per my knowledge no loose point from my side regarding payment and all related issue.

you read the buyer agrement carefully, builder must mentioned that this floor plan is tantative ant increase or decrease,

as per view, if builder is giving you addtional space of 25sq ft at old rate,, then he is right and this is good for u, sometime builder ask for current rates,

you just check, the fllor plan. where you are getting addtional 25 sqft area, if it is okey,, then, there is no need to argument.

you didnt mention here that how much area was in 6.91lac.

secondly, im surprized how builder got money from bank from your loan a/c.
