hi,
our family, our forefathers have been living in wakf land before independence, its been more than 70 years.we dont have any type of lease or rental documents pertaining to wakf land. can any type of legal procedings can be applicable so that we can gain the title for this land. can adverse possession be applicable since wakf board is not maintaining this land. kindly need your advices on this.

You can not gain a title over a wakf property just for residing over the property for 70 years..
