Our society of 22 floors is located in Mumbai, the B wing are isolating A wing in all aspects, and troubling us, we have now formed another Panel, and we do not want to be with them, more than 50% of A wing are supporting us, so we want to form a seperate society for A wing, pl let us know the procedure.

Since your block is separate from them, the members here may join together and start a new association exclusively for your block alone by following the procedures of law.
