What is listing proforma & point of law

Dear All

What is the Listing Proforma that is submitted in the Supreme Court of India? Is it same as Point of Law or both are different?

What is Point of Law document that is to be submitted along with the Writ Petition?

Listing proforma is different from question of law. Listing Proforma is something like cover page of complete document.

There is nothing like point of law. Question of law is part of Special Leave Petiton and is a set of questions to be decided by the Supreme Court in SLP.

It is suggested to get help of good advocate of your choice for drafting of SLP or Writ as the case may be.
