What would be happen with me ?

Dear respected i need your valuable advice

i had filed mutual consant divorce and that time my wife demand with me 50% share in my own earned home and Rs.2 Lacs cash at the time of 1st motion and i agreed to give her the same so i transfered my 50% share out of my name in her name and gave two cheques of Rs.one Lac each as PDC as per date of after six month but at the time of second motion she said to me she dont want rs.2 Lacs one time cash and she want Rs.3000.00 PM till her death of remary and she mentioned in the court order, Now when i ask my cheques back then she said these cheques are misplaced some where while i have transfered my 50% Share and court ordered to me that i will pay Rs.3000.00Pm to her i got my decree as per mentioned judgment which she agreed in the court.

Can she use that cheques against me ? if she use what should i do then ?

Dear Ram kumar you should mentioned the cheque detail in court order, or you should get a FIR copy of mis place the cheques. feel free to call

Thanks to reply Mr. Qureshi i just want to know can she misused that cheques against me ? while she has mentioned Rs.3000.00 Pm in her court order because before she got this cheques as per mutual understanding of out of court .

Dear Ram

Very simple, First you should blocked the PDC cheque which you have given to her as she can use it.

Now, task is that you should know the cheque no. of this activity if you

step 1 go to bank and give request to cancel the check, if you have net banking you can do it yourself.

if no

step 2 check your checkbook what is the last check no. mention in cheque book and starr using mind that which check you have given to her,

another way, try to cancel all the cheques in chequebook mentioning checkbook have lost and cheques were signed accidentially.other than already used cheques can't be cancelled but you can cancelled PDC easily.

step 3 if both the idea doesn't fit.
