WILL

hi im han from secunderabad my query is that my uncle (my father's sister's husband) wrote a "will" in favor of my cousin(my father's brother's son) and he died the "will" was given to us by my uncle's friend after six months of his death! but the problem was my cousin in whose favor the "will" was had a issue he was  in the army and we lost him(died). now my uncle side people (his sister's) are making issues out of  this. wot will happen to this "will" is it valid?? will my cousin's father/mother/sister get the benifits of this "will" or my uncle sister's will claim legal heir angle???? pls clarify?????

your cousin entitles for the will, hence on his death, the property is to be shared between his parents if he is single and if he is married, then mother , wife and children will get share
