NO NEED OF REGISTRATION OF ANY WILL BUT NEED TO BE PROBATED UNDER TESTAMENTARY JURISDICTION...REGISTRAR MIGHT NOT HAVE LOST BUT MISPLACED, INSTEAD OF MOVING AGAINST HIM BETTER USE GOOD OFFICES WITH HIM TO TRACK DOWN, AS REGISTRATION MEANS AN INCOME TO REGISTRAR OFDFICE!

You may follow the advse of Mr. Balakrishnan.  Everything has a solution when politely aproached and looking for it. Better settle the issues amicably, or if the testator is alive, you may go for a fresh Will too by mentioning the event with the Registrar without fail, in it.
