ONE WILL  PREPARED  IN TUBERCULOSIS HOSPITAL WITHOUT DOCTOR PERMISSION / SIGN. WHAT IS THE LEGAL VALIDITY ?  GIVE SOME JUDGEMENTS ...... PLEASE

it doesnt matter whether its been done in hospital or home.the will must bear the sign of the testator and the signature of two witness who must have signed along with the testator.otherwise its not valid

The will can be challanged under these circumstances if it proved that the testator was not in a physical condition to know what he is doing. And also the signatures of the testator and two witnesses are must. Adv. Yogen Kakade
