5 years 498a 77 dates wife not attending

dear lawyers please help

each time new judge come and open the matter for summons first 3 years lost wife not attended,
after summons wife visited but that time judge was on leave after three dates judge issued warrant against wife and her family witness in 498a then two years has lost no visit from wife side,
husband side has attended 77 dates yet no action from judge against wife

help me what to do now, no lawyer is giving proper answer and out of 31 lawyers 27 lawyers said delay causes to dismiss the process of law so we have to wait even though the all allegations are totally totally false and non a single word of dowery harassment is true.
all gentleman well aware about the problems and mental position of a human being so please help give some suggestions to move before the court to dispose the matter as early time the old aged parents finish their life without justice in this india.

You obtain the copies of the orders of all 77 dates and move to high court praying to direct the lower/trial court to dispose off the case withinn a stipulated period of 2 months.

I am sure that your application shall be duly entertained and you shall get the desired relief.
