booking a flat in a society

Can I book a flat in some auto society? I am not working with this company/field.

Normally, an afidavit has to be signed to declear that you are working in same company/field. Right? Is it must?

Can society flat be sold at any time or it can't be sold till some period after completion/possession?

If no outsider of the company can apply then your application is liable to be rejected at once in the given matter.

The period of retension of allotted plot/flat depends upon the rules of such society.
