In case of member holds 2 or 3 or more flats in the CHS in its name -
1)Is the membership in a cooperative housing society counted as 1 irrespective of no of flats the member is holding in its name?
2)How many votes can a person cast in case it has 2 or 3 flats in the housing society?
3) How are the society dues defined in case of multiple flat holding by the member? is it treated separately for each flat or is it cumulative?
4)Who can be qualified as defaulter and can a defaulter attend society's general body meeting and whether defaulter can vote in such meeting?
5) What if the member has more than one flat and has partially paid up the society bills for only one flat- Can the member be qualified as defaulter & can such member attend & vote in the general body meeting.
I am located in Mumbai.

I had filed consumer case in Hon'able District Consumer Forum.
The case was on "Evidence of Complaint Stage".
Due to health issues I could not appear on the last hearing.
Now when I checked case status for next date, it is showing in "Consideration Stage" and daily order "Complainant absent, o.p.present, this case is fixed for disposal on date-xyz".
Can you please guide me, the meaning of it.
Does it mean that the case is over now and will be disposed off on the next date?
or I have a chance to submit the Written Evidence of Complaint. if Yes should it be submitted before next date?

If a member has following overdues for example
Arrears as on 1 Apr 21 - Rs 1,80,000 ... Balance on principal - Rs 1,50,000 ... interest on arrears - Rs 30000
Maintenance bill per month ... Rs 7500 and the member is paying Rs 10000 every month regularly after 1 Apr 21
How is the interest on arrears to be calculated every month after 1 Apr 21

I had filed the case on a mobile company for faulty handset. Now the opposite party is ready to refund the amount.

Filing case in consumer forum

Recently TATA Sky rebranded as TATA Play. Before rebranding happened I upgraded by set-top box to Binge+ after a Month of Free Trial was over before doing the recharge I asked the TATA Guys to remove Amazon Prime Subscription for me as I no longer needed it. That month everything was ok but next Month (This Month) they deducted money for Amazon Prime Subscription in addition to my regular recharge and got my main account balance to Negative and now they’re blaming me that I have activated the Amazon Prime Subscription from my end and not ready to refund the Amount. I spoke to the Amazon Customer people and they confirmed that activation of services had been done at TATA’s end!
Please guide me as I want to file a complaint in the Consumer Forum.
