Sir, I want to add my mother's last name in my birth certificate. In 10th certificate my mother's name is santosh devi and in my dob certificate it is santosh please suggest me for it..

I have been selected for LLM Programme but the problem is to select the specializatiion subject.
1. Cyber law, 2. Intellectual Property
Both of them are equally good and I have inclination towards both. But could you plz guide me and tell which one is better as per current job scene in India and as far global future is concerned.

Sir I took admission in Nit jamshedpur in 2014. i studied only two semesters there and after that i dropped out of the college. never paid the subsequent semesters fees. you know i just ran away from there. no undertakings and all. its 2016 now. What is the status of my registration?? is it cancelled automatically??

Hello all, I have a query regarding my caste issue..my forefathers actually belong to SC madiga caste and they were Hindus..Long ago one of my forefathers converted to Christianity and hence he got his caste changed from SC Madiga to BC-C madiga..until now My father and I also have the same BC-C madiga caste which our forefather had possessed and from then we continued as Christians... now my query is if I get reconversion to Hinduism,will I get the same caste as my forefathers actually used to be i.e.SC Madiga caste...I have read that it is possible to get our same caste (SC madiga)back (ghar wapsi) if I reconverts to Hinduism...I want to convert to Hinduism..what would be my caste status...also there is no Hindu caste in andha Pradesh belongs to bc-c...if it is possible to change caste then what is the legal procedure for it...kindly reply me.. thank u

Respected experts I have been refused to give joining by Canara bank and the reason which they are stating is that the name of my degree is not mentioned in the advertisement of IBPS. Ibps is a private organisation which conduct written exams and interview on behalf of different public sector bank for various posts like PO,SO , Clerk. I was selected for the post of specialist officer (Marketing) and allotted to Canara bank. In the advertisement of ibps they mentioned name of 4 degrees ie MMS,MBA,PGDBA AND PGDBM in Marketing specialisation. I cleaned the written exan in December 2015 and cleared interview in Feb 2016 . If they have to reject they could do it at the time of interview only,as hey do a document verification just before the interview and only eligible candidates are sent for interview. Also other banks like Bank of Baroda,union bank of India is not doing any such thing and they are considering every candidates for joining. We are 52 candidates in total.wt shud we do in order to reverse the decision.

i have appeared in combined class 4/ chowkidar recruitment test 2015, an exam conducted by vyapam on 12/07/2015 and got selected in a department name sanchalanalay nagar tatha gram nivesh (commenly known as town and country planning t&cp, bhopal) under the preferences of department filled at the time of application with 91 marks out of 100 marks.Result was declared on 18/12/2015 and after 3 moths when i contacted to tncp told me that we have not demanded for this post but as per the vyapam advertisement and rule book of exam the post was there thawhy i had filled appllication. when i contacted to vyapam the said we have correctly selected you and others as per preferences given by the candidates. Till now no progress and i mstill waiting for appointment . What should i do? cam i file a case for this? under which catogery? service matters or others? please guide.

Sir i am caught by polic in nagpure 2012 under DUI convection they charged me under section 185 MVA and I payed fine of 2000 in court. Is this criminal case can affect my carrier in government sector and police verification. I am preparing for MPSC exam in Maharashtra ?and should I mentioned this in my MPSC profile?what to do plz help me?
