1.If the Parliment makes law that will validaty by courts or not?
2. Supppose 'X' community or sect demanding for religion minority status and government granted the status even though it has a majority religion(hindu) influence this will stand in the courts or not ?

Respected sir ,
I was drinking beer in public place on 12/08/2016 and the cop caught me after that they took me to the hospital after making documents they again drove me to the police station they told me that you will receive a letter from court or either they call me but didn't get any confirmation and one cop demanding bribe from me . Plz told me what can I do. I am feeling guilty every day plz help me .

Hi All,
My community is veerashaiva lingayat(distinct shaiva sect in karnataka) demanding for religion minority status. suppose if central government gives the religion minority status will it stands in the courts?

In consumer protection act there is no appeal form NCDRC order. But a window has been provided to file SLP in 90 days time to supreme court
But SLP is confined to matters of substantial constituional or human rights casue oer of punbli9c interst
Can a party file SLP as a matter of routine to continue litigaiton specially the servcie provider company? and not the consuemr
If the case does not fall in any of sections 4 to 24 of Limitationb act can superme court allow delay of 3 months over 3 months alreayd allowed in a simple consuemr case over riidng section 3 of limitation act?
Is SLP not abuse of law to perpetuate litigation by rich and powerful
Should SLP be allowed in special legslations like Consumer case where no matter of life and death, consituoion or public interst is involved . In fact public interst goes againstservcie providers.
Can any petitiner take plea that inter boffcial correspondnece caused the delay by vetting of issue by several offceirs at HO and branch.?
Can big orgainsaitons like Post offcie take please of delay without any disbaling conditions in enviornment like floods, war or such calamities?

Sir, please let me know the legality of running the LL.M degree in Vijanagarara Sri Krishna devaraya Uniniversity, Bellary. Also is it mandatory to get the affiliation from Karnataka Law University to run the LL.M Course in the above university campus?.

Sir,
1.I have joined my central government service of the National Sugar Institute,Kalyanpur,Kanpur - 201 017 in the year of 1996 as Technical Assistant (Sugar Technology) on the basis of my Scheduled Caste Certificate. My father Caste Certificate was verified by the competent authority as well as issuing authority in the year of 1975. The caste certificate was also verified by the Government of India, New Delhi in the year 1976. On basis of my father caste certificate, my caste certificate was also issue my the competent authority in the year 1979 and the fresh online certificate was issued the year of 2013 by the tehsildar kanpur.
2. In the year of 2002 I have got the promotion on the post of Senior Technical (ST)
3. In the year of 2002 & 2003 I have got the letter of cofirmation also got the financial benifit of MACP Scheam.
4.In the year 2014, I have got the opportunity to get selected on the post of Junior Technical Officer(ST) through Direct Recruitment from UPSC, New Delhi and the probation period was only one year.
5. After joining on the post of Junior Technical Officer(ST), I have served on the post of Junior Technical Officer for 02 year and 05 months.
6.After approx 35 years, One complainant, send the complaint to my office for my caste certificate that my caste certificate has been found fake.
6.My total service in this Institute has been more then 20 years, On the basis of fake complaint. My services was terminated by the Ministry as well as Director of the Institute.
7.The termination order issued by the Ministry as well as Director of the institute on the basis of Temporary Service Rules,1965. Is it correct or not.
8.Is there any possibility to represent my case either before the ministry or Director of the Institute.
9.Is there any possibility to chalenge either before the Central Administrtive Tribunal or High Court Allahabad.
