Notifications, circulars, orders, notices etc.

Dear friends,

Any legislation or act is passed by the Parliament or a State Legislature alongwith rules, regulations thereto.

But apart from the act, rules, regulations, in fiscal laws mostly there are host of circulars, notifications, notices, orders etc. I just want to know what is the legal validity of the Notifications, ciculars, notices orders issued subsequent to the passing of an act. An act is a creating of supreme authority i.e. the parliament or the state legislature. How can a notification or circlua supercede the same.

Can any one please through some light on this matter.

Regards

SGM

Please clarify what is the procedure to reconvene and adjourned SGM of a Public Trust. The SGM adjourned in want of a reply to some quiries.
Only the members attended for the adjourned meeting are allowed to attend the reconvened meeting? Or should the Trustees call up all the members of the organisation?

This meeting was adjourned for another day, but to reconvene within 2 months time.

I am looking for a reply from experts about this sine die adjourned SGM....

age limit to study LLB is restricted to 25 yaers. Not Fair

Is it fair to restrict the age limit. Is it there to any other professional courses which are of Socail sciences like mba, ca or icwai.

It is the right of the citizen of India to study LLB at any age.

Why it is happening and what kind of actionas can be taken to remove these restrictions.

RTI Officials not STAMPING their replies ??

Even after demanding in the original RTI application that the reply should be duly stamped on each page by the RTI officials, they do not put their stamps.

What should be done next,

File an appeal,

Or

Send another application attaching the reply and demanding it to be signed

OR

Exercise both the options available?

OR

Some other suggestions please ???
