How to cancel the Relinquishment Deed ?
pls provide relevant provisions
Regards
I have taken a residential NA bunglow-Plot for our house,on lease from a registerd Bunglow Society for 999 years.Society is consisting of 200 plots, for which the Govt.town-planning authority has given approval for its layout-plan.Society is absolute owner of the entire land and we plot-holders are lessee members, paying yearly lease-rent to the society,as agreed in our registerd Lease-Deed.
Now I want to make my WILL for my leased plot, but Society says that, since the society being, the absolute Owner of said plot,my WILL is not applicable on my plot.I am suppose to be the lessee of the plot and not the OWNER.
Our 7/12 extract also bares Society's name on top and our names comes after Society's name with a seperate mutation number.
I have attached the copy of my latest 7/12 extract.Kindly advice what should be done to implement my WILL on my leased plot.
I am kirank from karnataka.I have a problem.

hello,
My mother has a property from in her name she holds the sole proprietorship and was transfered in her name since it was purchased,
i have a step brother who is claiming for that property share
he has sold his own properties and now is asking for share in my mothers property
he has filled suit under sec52-transfer of property act, because of which we can even transfer it to third party.
please let me know how can we save our property with us.
and how can we transfer our property to third party
Would the Ld. Experts kindly opine on the following:
1) Widow mother had 4 sons named ‘A’,’B’,’C’ & ‘D’. She gifted her self earned property of a piece of land to her son A duly mentioning in the gift deed that she will never claim the property & her other sons will not have any claim on the said landed property. After some time ‘A’ died leaving behind his wife & daughter. A’s mother was still alive when ‘A’ had died and had died after the death of ‘A’.
2) ‘A’s wife & daughter, being heirs of ‘A’s landed property, entered in to a Joint Venture Agreement with a builder for construction of flats on the said landed property owned by ‘A’ being gifted by his mother.
3) Now, the brothers of ‘A’ are claiming that after the death of A, his mother had acquired 1/3rd share on the landed property of ‘A’ alongwith A’s wife & daughter and after the death of A’s mother, her share of A’s property will also be shared by A’s remaining three brothers.
My question is.
When A’s mother has already gifted the landed property duly mentioning that she will never claim the same & her other sons will not have any claim on it, will the same mother of ‘A’ be entitled to her share of the same property which she had gifted to ‘A’ and subsequently will the other brothers of ‘A’ be entitled to claim their share on their mother’s share of A’s said landed property? Any decision in this regard?
Our society building was constructed in 1990 and its plan was approved in 1988.Our society was registered in 1992 and received occupation certificate in 1993. Till now the society has not receiced conveyance in its favour. During 2007-08 an application was by made by builder to amend the plan with some addition of area of ground floor office. The same has been approved by the authority. A new occupation certification was given in 2008. What is the procedure to be follow for this amendment of plan once the society is registered? Does the approval of the General Body of the society required for any such amemdment? what is the remedy if any such approval of the Geberal Body is not taken?
Members of the society came to know about this amendment recently. Only secretary was aware of it. The suspicious role of secretary in this process can not ruled out.
Please Reply.
Thanks.
Plaintiff filed a suit for injunction against defendant No: 1 and 2 along with the name of a third person as a PA holder of the defendants. Now the third person says I am not the PA holder of the defendants and hence the defendants are at liberty to contest their dispute.
Whether the plaintiff can compel the third person to appear before the court as a P A holder of defendants ?
