1 whether defendants can enforce the turms of the desolution deed of an unregistered partnership deed?

2 whether shop (ownweship of muncipal corporation) under the tenancy of the plaintiff is subject of the partition of of the partnership property?


3 plaintiff has filed an application of transfer of the tenancy in faviour of the defendats. muncipal corporation nor rejected the application nor accept the application..but tenacy continue in the name of the plantiff....wherther platiff can take u-turn from his statement?


4 wherther estoppel is applicable in the present case? is yes then what about the estoppel is not on statutues, decision of the supreme court?

a' and his three brother and mother entered into partnership deed with x' after two years said comes to an end.the firm was carrying its bussness in rented shop taken from muncipal corporation on rent. a' and his brother and mother gave their written consent to corporation for transfer the tency in the name of x' becouse after redition of the account shop in dispute comes in his part x'. even after requst from a and his family member tenancy stand on thier name'

whether a' and family member has write to transfer such right to x'

whether thir action is legal' or not

a and its family whether have any remedy at this stage for possession?

Suit for possission

A' got a shop from muncipal corporation on the rent of 501 pm under the punjab munjab muncipal corporation act. A' died and his legal heirs shared a part of the property with another private party B' for joint use of the property.

wherther legal heirs has such power to do without the consent of the muncipal corporation?

if yes, on what ground?

right of the private party?

the marriage between the parties was solmonised in 1988.after 8 years ,she alleged that on her in-laws treated her with crulity and beaten her as well,and her neighbour save her and send her in parental home.after 5 months they recouncile the matter and come in her husband"s home.she ferther allged that she lived there for a week and during this week ,her husband has not lived with her.and after a week her brother took her with him in amritsar i.e parental home.after 4 yrs of this incident she filed a application to d.g.p punjab and on that application f.i.r was registered in 2000.court of the magistrate convicted husband ,his mother sister and brother u/s 498,406......what r defences now avaible in the appeal? plz suggest me som judgement to support my case thanx
