IN THE ABSENSE OF ACCUSED MATTER WAS COMMITE TO THE SESSIONS COURT BY THE MAGISTRATE COURT?AFTER THAT NBW ISSUE.CAN THE ACCUSED APPLY FOR FRESH ANTICIPATORY BAIL SO THAT HE CAN APPEAR BEFORE MM COURT HIS MATTER ALSO BE COMMITTED TO SESSIONS COURT? IS THERE ANY JUDGEMENT ?

IS IT NECESSARY TO FILE INCOME TAX IN 138 MATTER REALTED TO CHEQUE TRANSATION BY COMPLAINANT/IF THE COMPLAINANT IS NOT FILE INCOME TAX THEN ACCUSED GOT AQUITTAL OR WHAT?
IS THERE IS ANY JUDGEMENT WHICH SAY EVEN IF COMPLAIANT IS NOT FILE THE INCOME TAX SO WHAT ACCUSED GOT CONVICATION ?
PLS TELL ME SOME CITION IN FAVOUR OF COMPLAINANT?

can u pls tell me whether victim can oppose ABA of the accused in high court?
if yes than what is procedure?
can i file intervener application?

Is there is any provision in law which say (complaint) u have to take the permission from lower crt to file appeal against the acquittal in high court. Is there is any citiones.

in my case the judge at first instance passed the order of 202 of crpc and to submit police report.the police submitted the report in favour of complaiant.after the receipt of report judge pass the 156 (3) order?
is there any judgement which say that even at first the 202 order pass and later on 156 (3) order pass is legal? the matter notqueshed?
2.can the accused challange the interlocutory order?
