Graduity from day started working in company

I joined duty in chemical factory on 15/12/2004 but company started deduction of P.F.IN july 2006 now for gaduity company is
considering joining of duty from 01/07/2006. Also earned leave counting is effected from this new date. what should be done to get my graduity and e/leave paid from actual d.o.joining the company . Pl. advise.

If the employee under the influence of Alcohol / Drug if meets an accident then can he claim under WC ?

contractual appointment

Hello, may I know whether a contractual appointment letter issued on date 1/1/11 for 11 months ends on 30/11/11, be renewed on 1/12/11 or a fresh contract to be done ? the immidiate date of fresh order will effect the candidate as continious service or not ?
Please give me more details if you have.

contractor lisence

Contractor is having multiple contracts with one Principal Employer and in the same premises, but none of the contract is more than 20 labour, but put together it is more than 20. Is it necessary for contractor to obtain lisence. Regards.

our two employees attained age of 62 years, (crossed age of 58 and we were unaware) p.f. deducted for last 6 years. how to settle their a/c and case for withdrawal both are alive & left the service in april'11. kindly advice & oblige.
