Respected sir,
please help me
me and my girlfriend loved eachother from last 10 months,we both met in online,she proposed me, i also accepted,but in middle she said to me she is divorced her case is in court for divorce, at that time i said, after court case is solved we can marry like that, but in mean while she said she will keep case on me,i asked for wat you will put case one,she said harssing,then i said ok your wish i have proofs of gmail and facebook chats to prove myself,then she recorded my phone calls my messages and she filed a case me like harreshing,now my case is in court,she hacked my gmail and facebook they deleted my accounts, but i retrived back my accounts i have proofs when they deleted my account and all,but i didnt have who deleted my accounts, now i have chat details,she proposed i chat .
pls help what i have to do now

sir my grandfather has purchased agri land before 30-35 yrs. but due to seeling act he registered this whole land on the name of his brothers.since the day of purchasing my grandfather was doing agri work on that land,after his death my father was working on that land and also has possesion on that whole land for last 25-30 yrs.now after death of my father i m taking care of that land. but son of my my grand father's brother r trying to take that land. sir pls suggest ,is there any law which can give ownership of that land to me on the basis of possesion.

Hi All,
If the other party sends a legal notice to us mentioning the facts signed by himself and his lawyer and thereafter in the petition makes different facts and makes completely changed story and changes even the dates of events, files the same legal notice in the court along the complaint. Then is there any significance of legal notice? Does it hold any relevance? Does this discrepancy holds any legal value in fighting criminal case.

I am junior advocate and my client want to make power of attorney of his mother to him for sell of flat due to illness of mother by paralysis and she is unable to attend the Sub-Registrar office whether the power of attorney can be notorious before notary. on Rs. 500. stamp paper

Point No.1: I was an Executive Direcot of a private limited company having some shares on my name which is not listed company. Due to some differences I had to leave the said company. While I was with the said company the Managing Director took blank signature on share transfer forms with all the shareholders including my signature and kept with him. Immediately after I left the company, with out my knowledge the sharges were transferred in another employee name. I came to know that the company's auditor (chartered accountant) signed in the share transfer form as a witness.
Can a chartered accountant be witness for share transfers? If the answer is NO, then what type of action I can take against him.
Point No.2: The same chartered accountant after I left the above company, with the support of the management, filed a criminal case against me in 2005 without any proper reason only to harass me. Recently (after 5 years) that case was acquitted on the grounds of benefit of doubt. For this case, I had to visit the court about 40 hearings and spent lot of money on advocates, police and other expenses by loosing income on those days.
Since I won the case, can I take any action action that chartered accountant and if so to whom I can refer the case.

Company i worked for is being wound up, pf has not been released yet
I was working with a company. About 6 months back, I resigned and started a business. At the time of my exit, I had filed up my forms for withdrawal of PF. However, the form was rejected by the EPFO. Now that the company is shutting down, how can I make the application for closing my PF amount?
