Dear Sir,
In case if your case of section 138 INA is not maintained in the court for some reason but you have all documents of payments made to party, CAN WE FILE CASE IN CIVIL COURT FOR RECOVERY OF MONEY ?

I have filled one suit against the against union to restraint them from dharna or demonsration under order 39 rule 1.2 of c.pc but civil court has not entertained this application on ground of juridiction hence rejected now i want to know wheather appeal lies or revision .pl also quote judgments

If there is no custom in a particular community regarding "naata marriage" and lady without giving divorce to her 1st husband 'A' living with another person 'B' by way of "naata marriage". Is she entitled to get maintenance to B.

Can a Devisee be an Executer of a will made in his favour.Also Can an Executer sign as a witness in a will.
What could be the fate of an unregistered will if the Testator has signed at two places in the will. Both signatures are on the footnote but above the signatures of the witnesses.

Can some one give the typical court charges(fees) to be paid for getting Anticipatory Bail Order against 498a from a High Court of Andhra Pradesh.
If it varies based on the several factors,would help in giving the fees range in INR.

i am parag from mumbai, my wife hased filed 498 , 406 etc against me and my family after 1 years of separation, we got arrested and bailed out some days back, i had filed a divorce case in bandra court, and the court has sanction maintainanse of Rs.10 thousand per month. and now i havi lost my job. i salary was Rs 21 thousand.
so what would be the new status of maintainece cauase i have lost the job.

nomination & succession
A hindu family is consisting of three adult sons & a widow. head of the family died intested and left lot of investments in post office, banks, other companies through MIS, Rd, FDRs etc. and appointed one of his dear most son as nominee in all investments.
Now one member has filed petition for obtaining succession certificate in favor of all the living members, for declaring them as joint owner of all these investments.
in these circumstances, please advise elaborately whether nomination of one son will prevail/succeed over succession?? and what may be the legal consequnces? succession certificate in favor of all other members can be granted??
