Hi,
We are planning to open a web development (IT) firm in Noida.
Please let me know if we need a Shop license / any other license. What is the requirement, fees etc.
The number of employees will be 3-4 people.
The legal structure can be proprietorship / partnership /LLP / company. Whether the requirement will be different.

I would like to know if a partner of a partnership firm sell an immovable property without the consent of other partners. Also if the partner has done the same without consent from other partners, is that sale a valid sale?

Dear Friends,
My client has given a cheque for Rs. 10,000/-for his debt. Subsequently,he repaid a sum of Rs. 7,000/- for partial settlement of his due. But, the creditor has filed complaint u/s 138 against my client for Rs. 10,000/- by using the cheque was given by my client. In fact my claint has paid Rs. 7,000 and his actual due is 3,000 only. But, the creditor has filed for 10,0000/- and he has used the cheque. But my client has proof to proove his partial payment. At this juncture my question is whether the cheque is valid or not please advise with supporting supreme court or madras high court judgement

1°) Our private limited company has as main object to develop tourism and culture in India.
2°) In the memorandum, under the part (C) other objects, it's written :
"article 32 : To carry on the profession of consultants on management, employment, engineering, industrial and technical matters to industry and business and to act as employment agents and exporters of man power"
QUESTION : So are we allowed to manage manpower in the domain of creation and development of web content (entry data) dealing with general worldwide information ?

A vehicle was got insured from icici general insurance Hisar,but it was stolen from Jind where is no any office of agentof insurer or branch of insurer.I want to know whether consumer complaint is maintainable at Jind from where vehicle was stolen.Regards
