Husband has filed rcr

Sir,
I was married on 20 June 2021.My husband and in laws are very abusive.I had always adjusted with my husband and his parents.Due to our workplace being in a different city we agreed to stay in a rental place, wherein I used to pay rent and take care of all expenses,my husband never took any responsibility.Every weekends we used to go to inlaws place ,wherein husband would leave me at his house and go out with his friends and come back home late.Meanwhile my mothe rin law was very abusive and controlling.I am an introvert and do not talk much i feel scared of people easily.I was very scared of my mother in law.If any chance I did not do as she told she would complain with my husband and create fights.I never let my parents know about my plight as I did not want to hurt them. And right from day of marriage my husband's family had made a rule that I had to call my mother in law on daily bais.My mother in law always scolded me over phone and never spoke nicely.Due to my work timings sometimes I was not able to call my mothe rin law or was unable to pick calls...then she would complain to my husband and he would twist my hands and confiscate my phone..In the month of September 2022 i conceived.Doctor had forbid me travel.so only my husband used to go to his parents place on weekends the phone calls and abuses continued ove rphone. My husband used to spend most of his time in gym and friends .so I had no support during pregnancy.during later month of my pregnancy I had begged my mil to let my husband atleast come back at night on weekends ,as I was scared as nothing mite hppn.but she refused telling I had to learn staying alone.Due to all the stress i prematurely delivered baby in 2023 may.My husband turned very abusive after that ,he had no concern for baby or me.His mother also had come to stay for few weeks wherein she would create fights between me and husband.she would force me to do work ,immediately after discharge from hospital (c section).she would feed some concoctions ,tap water etc to baby and baby used to be sick.Even though I had begged her not to do so.she would tell my husband and my husband would pul away baby from my hands and take to his mother. As it was very difficult for me manage all responsibility with a little baby and no safety also the rented place were we were staying was interior without access to shops, cabs etc.i shifted to my father's apartment when baby was five months old along with my husband I agree to pay rent to my father.after tej shift also my husband used to neglect us.Go to his parental home on weekenda come back on Monday and shout and fight for no reason .I used to beg my husband not to fight or shout in front of babyut he woudl never listen.within few days he abondomed me n baby.Meanwhile my aprents also came to know about the abuses and they asked my husband and his parents to come for a discussion to rsolve any issues.but my mother in law refused to come.Father in law mad husband came for discussion, but instead of compromise they were blaming me..My husband never came back after tht to even see baby(expect twice).I am taking all household nad babies responsibility.he went to many of relatives place and saying bad things about me and my family.he even went to a restaurant of family friend to complain about us.evry where he tells he wants me and baby to ce back to him.while it was him who abodnoned us.He came hoem twice and demanded taht I initiate divorce.asking me to watsapp him asking for divorce which I refused,he has threatened to torture me.Now he has filed a case for restitution of conjugal rights and sending notice even to my office address.
I am very scared of going to court and talking in front of many people. My husband is very good at talking .When I am scared I tend to get panic atatcks and unable to speak. He knows all this and is purposely torturing me.What should I do.Will he be able to take my baby away from.me.How can I protect my baby and myself from my husband and in laws.

How to win eviction case against 54 years old tenant

54 years old tenant of my father staying (thier children) in my property in mumbai . Its a peice of land / chawl - not a society . No agreement . Reciepts are there but its with tenants . Property card is on my name from 2023 (it was in my fathers name from 1967) . I dont know tenants who they are as i dont have any rent agreement knowledge between them and father if there are any. I came to know about this properrty recently in 2022 using land record search . I got the property transfered in my name in 2023. I started paying property tax of last 8 years as it was due . i transfered the property tax in my name - however light bill are in thier name. They also have ration card and property paid tax reciepts with them which were in name of 1st landlord before to my father i.e 1962 .The original tenant have expired . The original landlord also have expired even my father. Now i am the landlord in revenue records . i have legal agreement copy when my father purchased - i got from registrar by paying fees of 60 rupees using CTS survey number. Currently there are 5 tenants staying (children and relatives of original tenant of my father) . Tenants are saying they dont know my father nor me - however i know they have rent recipets of my father and they visited to my home even 4 years back to purchase property from us. They are not paying any rent currently as they dont know me neither i have any records of reciept of my father collecting rent (may be my father use to collect till 1990 not sure i dont have any evidence).
questions
a) which all acts of maharashtra may go in my(landlord) favour for eviction
b) can i evict them for using property for my bonafied use ?
c) do i need to create succession certificate or letter of adminstration (this is tenancy matter) for court- necessary? Will court accept me as Landlord just on basis of title in Revenue records since 2023?
d) Can i file a complaint of illegal construction (which they have expanded as per BMC records maps) to BMC - will BMC take action . They simply close the request
e) there are 6 submeters from electric supplier -all in names of exisiting tenants . can i transfer into my name now after filing eviction
f) how long this matter may take maximum in civil court - case is already filed in 2023 and is WIP
g) what evidences i have to provide to court to win this case (i only have agreement copies of my father purchase this property and property tax transfer in my name)
h) can i ask court for outstanding rent to be recovered since 1970 till now - if yes how much
i) is this a adverse possession case ?

I have filed a case of gratutity licencee to which they have responded they are tenants of 1st Owner (prior to my Father) . Now i am the 3rd Owner in records . They are denying to recognize my father as 2nd owner where i know they have rent reciept of my father (which year i dont know) which they orally communicated to me once. In Panchnama copy they have accepted that they know my father and in legal response they denied to recognize my father is contradictory

I am interested to know how to make my case strong for eviction in court.

Regards

Passport for minor child

Hi,

I have contested for a divorce under cruelty grounds in 2021 and was granted divorce in June 2024. I have a 15 year old male child who is under my custody since the divorce process began...his father never asked for the child's custody and so there was no mention about the child in my divorce orders issued by the court... there's no contact between the father n child since 2020..

My child's passport has expired 5 years back (2019).. Now I need to apply for a re-issue of my child's minor passport..I was told that both the parents need to submit affidavits..if in case of divorce court orders need to be submitted..

My court order for divorce mentions that the marriage is dissolved and there's no mention about the child's custody being with me, the mother..
Now my question is if the passport officials need any additional documents that the child is under my custody and the father has no contact with the child.

Adding to the above, I did not claim any maintenance for my child or alimony since I have a job and can sustain on my own.

Kindly advice.

Thank you.

Restoration or purchase

My company holds 30% share in a dissolved company which in turn holds considerable stock in leading Banks and has a valuable landed property.
The official Liquidator knowing fully well of these assets dissolved the company in12020.
These shares are with the RTA agents along with the dividend.
I approached the liquidator asking him what are the dues that has to be settled.
The company has to pay 34% to the workers along with 4% interest.
This is 1/6 of the consideration of the shares and landed property.
Now I intend to file a case in High court to restore the company to the stage of winding up and claim my share. There are other 2 companies which have share in the dissolved company, but they have been liquidated, one voluntarily some 20 years back and the other by the official liquidator.
My question is what should I do?
1 Restore the company and claim my company's share.
2. Buy the dissolved company as I envisage, I will be getting it for a cheaper price.
need your guidance
