Old door no. on encumberance certificate

Sir,
I had carried partition of our parental building with my brother (only two of us are heirs) as schedule A and Schedule B. Subsequently, my brother got a separate door no. from the Municipality Authorities whereas I got the old Door No. to continue with.

And then he sold off his part. However, the Encumberance Certificate of my brother part is still showing the old door no. with subscript #2 and also my street name. Whereas his part is having its own street (back side street as our building runs across the streets).

So, what are the implications of such situation. Please clarify them.
with great regards.

Redevelopment agreement

Dear Mr. Thangapandian,
I thank you for your reply.
Our property is slated for redevelopment since last 8 years.
The Agreements are just Notorized, not Registered.
Nowhere in the Agreements is it mentioned that the construction work will be over in a specific period. The builder is not getting permission to build a 22- storey building as the property is very close to The Mazagaon Dock Ltd., a Defence Establishment.
Recently somebody told us that Agreements are valid for a certain no. of years only, as per the Government's/Supreme Court's recent ruling. That's why the query.
We wish to know whether what are told is true.
Thanks,
J.S.Coachman

Dear Sir / Madam,

My father had a property 3000 square feet empty land and my aunt 3000 square feet empty land side by side at kancheepuram cheyur Tamil nadu, this is govt waste land till 1972 and in 1984 T.N Government issued patta for this land in my father name & aunt name respectively.
My father died on oct 2013,my father has not sold or transferred this land to others till his death, But last year i checked the Government land registry record in the T.N registry website and found this land 3000 SQ feet has been transferred to my aunt name on 2003(illegally) now her land is 6000 SQ feet and in 2004 she transferred this 6000 sq ft land to her husband name by gift deed, present 2015 Encumbrance certificate also states this

My Aunt has history of procuring other lands illegally.

1)I decided to get true copy of 2003 transaction details from sub register office cheyur this will reveal how my aunt illegally transferred the property to her name

what other things i have to do to recover

Kindly advice

Thank you
