Destitute to stay at ngo premises

Dear Learned Experts,

I am seeking guidance on whether a registered religious institution has the authority to offer accommodation to destitute individuals on the premises of the Trust for either a specific period or for long-term rehabilitation purposes. The Trust is motivated by its objectives to provide support to those in need, and currently, there are approximately 4 to 5 destitute individuals for whom the Trust is willing to extend such accommodation.

I have several queries regarding this initiative:

Are there any permissions required for the Trust to provide accommodation to destitute individuals, whether for a specific period or long-term rehabilitation?

Is there any specific legislation that regulates the maintenance of destitute individuals, and does it impact the Trust's ability to offer accommodation?

In the case where destitute individuals are not educated, is it necessary to obtain a written declaration from them, and if so, how can this be facilitated?

Is there a requirement to inform the local police department or any government official about providing accommodation to destitute individuals?

I sincerely appreciate your expertise and would be grateful for any suggestions or guidance you can provide on these matters.

Suit for declaration and permanent injunction

My Hindu family owns an ancestral property in a village in Pune. According to gram panchayat records, we have been the owners of the land since 1965. All gram panchayat records are in favour of us. A person bought our neighbouring property and during lockdown constructed a building in 2021. All these years everyone lived in harmony and no encroachments were done. My mother who was looking after property was critically ill and passed away in 2021. We do not have government land survey completed.

Our neighbour completed building and then using his local influence got land surveyor and it is not correct as some of our land is shown as his.

He also demolished two ancestral rooms and built a wall.

Can I apply for injunction without us waiting for government survey? Because he will demolish more. Please advise. Thank you.

Counter case & defamation against false 498a

My wife was filed a 498A case against me on year 2015. All accused are aquitted on year 2017. I was in jail for a month. Divorce is already granted in my favour.
My friend advised me to file counter cases u/s 191 IPC, 193 IPC, etc and also defamation against her. I didn't file those cases due to lack of legal knowledge.
Is there any time limit to file those cases ?
Can the time limit will start after my legal awareness about counter case ?
Please guide.
