1.how long does it take at an average for MNT125 final judgement to arrive..is there any way i can fast track court for my final judgement as i feel my wife is taking undue advantage of the law and would try to slow down the procedure as she know that the time of evidence and cross examination she will be caught red handed..
2. My lawyers approach sounds negative and as per him only way out of it for a man is to file for a divorce whereas a women has lot of options.

I had been married 3 yrs ago i.e.,2015.we had not kept family up to 10 months. after 10 months of our marriage we had kept saperate family in the house where my father in law holds title.on Nov 2017 I came to my father house for delivery.in June 2018 my father in law had shifted all the house hold assets in my house to his house without informing me and trying to give that house for rent.now they asking me to live with them in the combined family.i am not interested to live there because of the threats I got from my father in-law earlier.all the majority of assets are in the name of my father in law only.my husband has only nominal assets and nominal income.now I am alone with 6 months child.please help me in this regard.i want to know legal rights of me and my child

Sir,
I have a property in the name of my father, have obtained staff home loan from bank and completed construction totally in the year 1998, loan amount 10 lakhs, now my grown up sisters along with brother-in-law's served me a notice to distribute total property equally, which is unfair, request advice, i can produce home loan documents from bank and other sources at that time. Request advice, received notice from advocate on 26 July 2018.
Also i am ready to distribute property but i cannot compensate my house loan at that time.

sir my maid's husband was working in post office as a postman (regular role)and was get his salary through his saving a/c open in post office. Last month post man get expired and in his saving a/c he had not made any nomination .
on date of death balance amount in his A/c was 1,15,642/=.
She is a very poor chap with one daughter about to marry.

Dear Sir ,
My wife filled false matrimonial cases against me and my family. In 125 maintenance case District Family court ordered for interim maintenance payment , which i am paying to my wife on regular basis from last year. I am going to file my ITR (Income tax Return) , there in which category (in Income Tax Return Form) i can show this interim maintenance payment which i am giving to my wife. Provide me any income tax section or rule number if any have . Please help me in this regard.

Hello All ,
I need a legal advice about how the property would be distributed among the below family members.
A(Deceased Mother) has a house worth (1Crore) to be distributed among the later generation , and she did not left any will.
A has one son "S1" and 3 daughers "D1 , D2 , D3".
Son S1 is also deceased (after his mother A) her wife "W" has two daughters "WD1" , WD2"
D1 has one Son - "D1S1"
D2 has one daughter - "D2D1"
D3 has two son and one daughter - "D3S1" , "D3S2" , "D3D1"
What will be the share of each individual in percentage ?
What is the maximum share wife W along with her two daughters WD1 , WD2 can claim assuming they are the same party.

Locked in the marital home
I am planning to take a divorce from my husband. He is very abusive and oppressive. We both live in an independent house with nobody around and he keeps me locked inside the house in his absence. I do not have any relatives who can come and deal with him. Please advice me how do I go about it. Will a lawyer be able to get me released from his captivity(Probably by filing a police complaint) ? What will be the next step if my husbands objects for this ?
