If both the parties still stick to the contents of notarised relinquishment deed then it can definitely be registered.

it would be better to execute the documents within the reasonable time since there is more than 10 years u may again execute the documents and get it registered beofore the competent authority.

Notarised reqlinquishment deed in respect of an immovable property is not a legally valid document. You are advised to get it registered.

It is better to execute the relinquishment deed afresh now and register it as otherwise, if any litigation is raised later, time gap may be attributed to some extraneous circumstances not favourble to you in the litigation.

Notarised rights relinquish deed is not a valid deed. If the party who has relinquished his rights 10 years back is still ready to execute the regd., one then you can get it regd.,
