Compensation for fraud

Mai apne digital TV ka daily charge apne mobile pe check karta tha. Usme batata tha ki "your daily charge is ₹13.15 , par company ne kafi mahine pehle daily charge badha ke ₹16.9 kar diya tha.
Mai aksar check karta tha to 13.15 hi bata ta tha.
Mujhe kafi mahine baad Pata chala . Jab maine complain Kari to unhone kaha ki aap hame baataye ki aap apna daily charge kaise check kare hai to maine pure procedure ka video banke unhe bheja to unhone 10 din baad problem theek kari aur kaha ki " now we have resolved your issue and we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused by us". Manine unse se kaha , ki aapne system update nahi karke customer ko dhoke me rakha itne mahino se to mujhe compensation chahiya. To unhone kaha ki though we haven't updated our system but we were not charging the wrong amount and we can't give compensation.

Please tell me that now can I opt for consumer Court regarding compensation?

you will get compensation for subjecting you to discomfort and inconvenience by showing wrong daily charges of your cable TV usage.Moreover your mobile people have admitted their mistake of not updating their system regarding daily TV usage charges and it was wrongly charged. You will Get justice in the form of compensation.

Aap apna khata check kro aur agar charges bdhe huwe liye gye hain tabhi aap us bdhotri ko muaawje sahit vapis lene ke hakdar hain.

Have they confirmed in the bill regarding increased daily charge(?), have they billed accordingly.

If they have overcharged, you have good base for consumer complaint.

Sir, company USSD code ki suvidha deti hai taki customer unhe call karne ke bajaye USSD code se apne account related Jankari le le . To company ne charge ₹13.15 se badha kar ₹16.9 kar diye par company ne apna USSD code account update nahi kiya to jab bhi mai balance wagerha check karta tha to mujhe laga ki abhi bhi ₹13.15 hi charge karra hoga .

Agar charge bhi jyada kiya hai tonishchit hi aap refund lene ke adhikari hain. Company ke jwab ke baad aap consumer complaint file kar sakte hain.
