SAIL services rule are favorable for employees to serve in territorial ARMY on part time but executive director is not allowing and has transfered me on personal jealousy to punish me for.

per can be stropped from proceeding on TA duties if he is working as key functionary.

further such deployment is during spl causal leave (unless SAIL has different provision than Govt deptts) which can be refused by employer.
