Property Land boundary dispute

Dear Sir/Madam, My neighbors in Mangalore,have put fence and given us only walking space through their land. We had applied for temporary injunction with sec 95c and CPC 151 and it got rejected by court. Pls assist on this.

Discuss with your lawyer who has filed and contested your case/suit as s/he is well aware about the facts and circumstances of the case.
If you have lost faith in him/her engage another local prudent lawyer to file an appeal against the order/judgement.
However, without going through the entire case file vis-a-vis impugned order/judgment no opinion can be formed and advised, which is FREE OF COST on this platform.
