will i get loan

i was adviced by one of the respected lawyers from this site not to sell my land instead take loan on my land...my problem is i am out of job for 6 months due to ill health and fine now...but lost my job...will banks give loan to me on my land(registered on my name) if i dont have job ...please advice

Sure you get a loan on agricultural land, as per its value in the locality

No job is required to get a loan
income from Agriculture is sufficient

sir

i got that agricultural land from my father recently...to my knowledge i father bought that recently by selling other ancestral lands..i am not sure what was grown in that lands previously but right now we just ploughed that land and no crop is grown there.....how can i show agriculture income on that..coz we bought that land recently....who will give me the income certificate ..shall i need to go to nearest MRO(mandal revenue officer) to get the income proof from that agricultural land..

Income proof from the ag.land is not necessary for bank loan.
