i am working in central government hospital as grade II staff nurse(delhi). i have completed 8month of service i m probetioner. i want to get trasfer to my home city(nagpur). but there is no central government branch at nagpur. is there a possibility for divisional transfer to CGHS which are available at nagpur. if yes please give me details rules... and guide me for the need.

At present you should concentrate on completing your probation period. The divisional transfer in your case is not possible.

I dont think the rules will provide you any discretion to choose your own station.
probation is more like a training and you are still to get confirmation...so keep working there.

Hospitals under Delhi adminstration and the CGHS organisation are two distinct entities and services of their employees are not inter-changeable.
You may have to seek employment in the CGHS org, as a fresh candidate with no credit to be afforded for your service as on probation in a Delhi Hospital. However, if you are able to send your application through proper channel in response to some advertisement of the CGHS and you get relieved on technical resignation basis, you can get the benefit of your present service also.

The probation period will not give all rights to you like permanent members..

kindly consider and guide i am working in central gov hospital(safdarjung hospital)and not in delhi administration.please tell me is the trasfer in CGHS nagpur can be availed after complition of probation period.
