Go to the sub-registrar of your area and get to know the formality.

A trust deed is required alongwith trust fee as prescribed in your area.

Make out the Deed of Trust= Go to the local registry office= pay the Stamp Duty & Registration charges & Register the Deed.

Not so simple.

It depends upon the purpose of trust.

Further registration of a "Trust Deed" and registration of a "Trust" are totally different things. The procedure and authorities are different.

Perhaps my friends are telling about registration of Trust Deed only. That may be simple but in some cases may not serve your purpose.
