In a TV show one journalist has told that Supreme Court has given wrong Judgment, It is foolish judgment. The judges are fools. Will such a defamatory remark amounts contempt of court?
If yes, can a ordinary citizen file contempt case against that person?
If yes, is it possible to file case before High Court or it shall be filed before Supreme Court?

Yes, I agree with Mr. aman kumar . but freedom under Article 19 (1)does not mean freedom to say in contemptuous manner. comments should be healthy.

I do not agree with aman, rajeev or tribhuvan. If any reporter openly on TV says that judges are fools, it is a open contempt of court and it definitely lowers down the prestige of judiciary in the eyes of general public and moreover it diminishes the faith of citizen in the judicial system so it comes within contempt of court and right to expression do not provide freedom to such an exptent even to a reporter.
A general citizen can also initiate this action against the erring person but the matter pertains to SC so any court can take action in such matter.
