From where we will get anticipatory bail:-

1) If Person residing in one state and case registered in another state? From which state, he would apply for AB?

2) FIR required to attach in anticipatory bail or not?

Sir, The Case is registered in Uttrakhand and we are resident of Delhi. My-in-laws lodge an fake complaint case against me and my family.

Generally the anticipatory bail orders are obtained in district court where the case is registered or from the high court of concern state.
FIR copy is necessary for consideration of charges leveled because only for non-bailable offences a/b is granted.
In remote circumstances the person applying a/b may not be accused but if he apprehends so he may also apply for a/b.
